Dr Kate Gowling is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who believes every woman should have choice and control over their own health and pregnancy. She is passionate about creating a positive birth experience for all women by providing support through high-quality tailored medical care in a safe and respectful environment.
 
Dr Gowling graduated from both the University of Adelaide and Flinders University. She has an interest in fertility and completed a Master of Reproductive Medicine through the University of NSW. She is a specialist at Genea Fertility SA where she provides fertility counselling and treatment services. She also works at Flinders Medical Centre.

Dr Gowling was born and raised South of Adelaide where she now enjoys spending quality time with her young family.

Dr Gowling feels privileged to be able to work with women through all stages of life and assist with their women’s health needs.
 
Dr Gowling’s interests include:

• Personalised antenatal care

• Fertility, including ovulation induction, IVF and egg freezing

• Cervical screening and colposcopy

• General gynaecology

• Abnormal uterine bleeding

• Laparoscopic surgery
